John Sedberry, President and founder, has experience in all facets of the commercial real estate business adding value to any aspect of the transaction process for both Landlords and Tenants.  John also has experience with project entitlements, project development, financing, lease negotiations, asset management and investment sales.  Experience in these multi facets of the industry provides additional knowledge to best service the needs of the client in multiple stages of  the transaction process.  

Lisa Allen-Urrea, has over eight years with the company; in 2009 and 2010 Lisa was Sedberry & Associates “Top Producer”.  Lisa focuses on representation of national, regional and local retailers while listing over 1 million square feet of retail space. Lisa has been leasing broker for ABQ Uptown - New Mexico’s most significant and high profile lifestyle center development with 226,000 square feet of fully occupied premium retail space.

Norm Ullemeyer is the Director of Asset Management Solutions, a division of Sedberry & Associates.  With over twenty-five years of experience, managing local and institutional owners of shopping centers, high-rise and low-rise office, industrial parks, and multifamily. Norm over sees all aspects of Asset Management including accounting, property management, construction management and tenant coordination.  In addition, Norm oversees and directs the six project engineers who assist in the management of over 2 million square feet.

Other valuable team members include, Steve Wood as Property Accountant and Richard Gonzales as Graphic and Web Design Lead.
